I am wondering if i am able to apply for the 2024 intake of the following position if i intend to graduate from my bachelors in the first week of july from a Bachelor of Arts (Major is English and minor is Early Childhood)

Typically with graduate programs within the federal government, students will be starting their employment in February of the following year (i.e. February 2025 for this job). As a result, you just need to ensure you graduate BEFORE February 2025 to be eligible for the program. So if you are finishing your studies in July of this year you’ll be more than fine to apply.
