Hi, how many return offers are usually given to the interns who go through the winter or summer vacationer program?
Thank you for reaching out with your question. We don’t have a fixed number of graduate positions reserved for our vacationer program participants. Instead, we focus on assessing the contributions and performance of each individual throughout their time with us. Graduate offers are then extended based on merit and the fit within the respective team they’ve been working with, and so conversion rates differ between each team and program year. We encourage all our vacationers to give their best, as this is the key to unlocking opportunities with us beyond the program.
